We offer a 14 day return policy for defective products or exchanges.
All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged.
All returned items for refund may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges) No exchanges on used items.
We will cover return shipping charges on damaged and defective products. Other Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.
All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your product has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
We are not responsible for returned packages, if lost by the shipper.
